Tech 5820 is a powerful dual-alkaline powder cleaner developed for immersion tank cleaning, hook and roller cleaning, and remedial cleaning tasks within the food processing industry. Combining alkaline builders, sequestrants, surfactants, and chelating agents, it delivers excellent removal of fats, proteins, oils, grease, rust, and stubborn processing residues while remaining readily soluble and low-foaming. Ideal for hook, gambrel, roller, and immersion tank cleaning. Readily soluble and low-foaming for efficient cleaning performance. Sequestrants and chelating agents help prevent soil redeposition and assist cleaning effectiveness. Suitable for remedial maintenance cleaning and heavy-duty industrial cleaning tasks. MPI Approved C31 for food processing applications (excluding dairy).
