It provides effective microbial control while offering a safer, less corrosive alternative to straight sulphuric acid. Blend of food-grade and processing-aid acids. Helps inhibit microbial growth and maintain product quality. Less corrosive than straight sulphuric acid. Suitable for rendering and vegetable processing applications. Helps reduce enzymatic browning in vegetables.
