Return Policy and Procedure

Goods can be returned within 7 days of purchase if still in same condition as when goods were purchased.

Goods that are not standard stock items cannot be returned unless a special arrangement is made with your Hygiene Technologies representative.

There is a minimum re-stocking fee of $15 +GST for goods returned, unless you have received them incorrectly (our mistake) or if a separate arrangement has been made with us prior to the goods being returned.

A Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) form will need to be completed so that you can send it with the goods to be returned. You will need to provide us with the following information on the form:

•  Product code, description and quantity of goods being returned
•  Original invoice number that the goods relate to
•  Reason for returning goods

The RGA form can be downloaded here. Please print and complete this form, then enclose it with the goods being returned back to our warehouse.

If the goods have been sent to you incorrectly (our mistake), we will arrange the collection of them.

If the goods have been damaged in transit, when originally sent to you, we will arrange pickup of the goods – please don’t ask the freighter to collect it, contact us to advise of the situation. Freight in this instance will not be charged to you.

For goods deemed to be faulty, we require the goods to be returned to us – please fill in the RGA form with details of the fault and email it back to us. We will contact you to discuss sending the product back and whether you would prefer a credit or replacement of the goods.

In all other circumstances, it is the customers responsibility to return the goods to our warehouse (28 Rangitane Road, Whakatu, Hastings – Attention RETURNS).
